I am a clinical psychologist with almost twenty years of experience sitting with people in the tender, complicated, courageous places of being human. My work is guided by the belief that healing happens within the safety of a genuine relationship — one built on trust, curiosity, warmth, and deep respect for your lived experience.
In my individual work, I am grounded in attachment-based ISTDP, an approach that helps us gently explore the emotional patterns shaped by past relationships, and how these patterns echo through our lives today. I also draw from a range of evidence-based practices, allowing our work to be flexible, responsive, and deeply attuned to who you are.
I support people navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, chronic pain and health issues, interpersonal struggles, and the quiet ache of feeling disconnected from themselves or others.
I also love working with couples. Whether you are longing for more closeness, repair, steadiness, or understanding, I bring together PACT, EFT, and the Gottman Method to help partners re-establish safety, rebuild connection, and rediscover the strength of their bond. I particularly enjoy supporting couples as they transition into parenthood or navigate the complexities of parenting.
As an LGBTIQ+ affirming therapist, I am committed to providing a space where all identities, genders, and relationship structures are held with affirmation, care, and dignity.
Above all, my approach is steady, compassionate, and human. You don’t have to hold everything alone — therapy is a place where your story can soften, breathe, and shift.
