Individual Therapy
A space to come home to yourself.
Life can become heavy in quiet ways. Sometimes the weight is loud — anxiety that won’t settle, grief that lingers, emotions that feel too much or not enough. Other times it’s a subtle drift: feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure why familiar patterns keep repeating.
Individual therapy is a place to pause. To breathe. To understand yourself with gentleness and clarity.
My Approach
My work with individuals is grounded in attachment-based ISTDP, an approach that helps us explore how your early relationships shaped the ways you protect yourself, connect with others, and respond to emotion.
I also draw from other evidence-based methods so that our work is tailored specifically to you.
I Support People Navigating:
-
Depression or persistent sadness
-
Anxiety, worry, tension, self-criticism and self-doubt
-
Stress, overwhelm, or burnout
-
Trauma (both large and subtle)
-
Unresolved grief and loss
-
Chronic pain or physical health challenges
-
Relationship patterns that feel stuck or confusing
-
Work-related stress, conflict, or transitions
-
A general sense of disconnection, numbness, or feeling “not like yourself”
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect. We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, exploring what’s beneath the surface with curiosity — not judgement.
Together, we work toward emotional steadiness, clarity, and the ability to relate to yourself and others in more open, connected ways.
